These Terms & Conditions apply to your use of stavrosmarkakis.com (the “site”), operated by Best San Diego Homes LLC, a California limited liability company owned by Stavros Markakis, a licensed California real estate agent (CA DRE# 02065964) with The Whissel Beer Group, brokered by eXp Realty of California, Inc. The site and its text-message program use the brand name “Stavros Markakis.” By using the site, you agree to these terms.

Forms at stavrosmarkakis.com have two separate, optional text message boxes. By checking the first, you agree to receive text messages about your real estate inquiry, such as follow-ups, answers to your questions, and appointment scheduling. By checking the second, you agree to receive marketing text messages, such as local market updates and new listings. Messages go to the number you provided and may be sent using automated technology. You can check either box, both, or neither.
- Age: you must be 18 or older to opt in to text messages.
- Consent is optional. It is not a condition of any purchase or service, and you can submit a form without agreeing.
- Frequency: message frequency varies.
- Cost: message and data rates may apply.
- Opt out: reply STOP at any time to cancel. You'll receive one message confirming you've been unsubscribed, and no further texts after that.

- Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Acceptable use
Please don't misuse the site, including by submitting false information, interfering with its operation, or attempting to access it in unauthorized ways.
